Payment Methods & Fees
- All registrations must be submitted online via the official website.
- Registration fees include 22% VAT.
- A handling fee applies: €20.00 for credit card/cash payments, €50.00 for bank transfers.
- We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfers.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be sent in writing to the Secretariat at paediatrics@lena.events.
- Before 10 Jan 2026: Refund available, minus a €40.00 (+VAT) administrative fee.
- From 10 Jan 2026: No refunds will be issued for cancellations. The total amount will be considered fully due.
- Name changes are permitted for a €40.00 (+VAT) administrative charge.
